Caller: Hi, I’m looking to register with a dentist – I’ve just moved to the area

Amy: That’s no problem at all – you’re very welcome. Which location is easiest for you to travel to? We have clinics in Earl’s Court, Knightsbridge, Milton Keynes, Cricklewood, Bexleyheath, and Barnet.

Caller: Barnet

Amy: Great – I’ll look at availability for our Barnet clinic. Are you looking for a general check-up or something specific?

Caller: I was thinking about Invisalign

Amy: Perfect – that’s something we do a lot at our Barnet clinic. The best place to start would be a consultation so we can assess your teeth and talk through your options.

Caller: Okay great – how much is that?

Amy: The consultation is free, and we’ll carry out a full assessment on the day.

Caller: Perfect – can I book that in?

Amy: Of course – we have availability next Friday at 11:20 in the morning or 4:40 in the afternoon. Which would suit you better?

Caller: 4:40 please

Amy: Perfect – I’ll book you in for Friday the 27th of March at 4:40 in the afternoon at our Barnet clinic. There is a fully refundable £25 deposit to secure the appointment, which is deducted from treatment or returned when you attend. I can send you a payment link now, and once that’s completed your appointment will be confirmed. Can I take a few details for the booking?

Caller: Yeah no problem

Amy: Great – can I take your full name please?

Caller: Sean Higgins

Amy: Thank you Sean – and your date of birth?

Caller: 12th March 1986

Amy: Perfect – and what’s the best contact number for you?
