Want our aftercare?
Leith Opticians & Hearing Centre offers a bespoke aftercare package for hearing aids purchased elsewhere. The hearing aids have to be less than 5 years old. This is £750 per year, whether you wear one aid or two. Batteries, domes and filters are included at no extra cost (T&Cs apply).

Issues with Hearing Aids purchased elsewhere?
We now offer a hearing consultation for patients who have issues with hearing aid purchases elsewhere or who have just moved into our local community and are unsure if their aids need repair, service or a combination of both. We will encourage you bring all the information about your hearing aids with you to this consultation. The cost is £35.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with your new hearing aids is our priority. If, by any chance, your hearing aid(s) don’t meet your expectations or prove beneficial, you can easily return them within the specified returns period. We’ll provide a full refund, deducting our standard administrative charges of £220, which are invoiced at this stage.
These charges encompass the initial fitting of the hearing aids, review appointments, trial administration, as well as consumables like moulds and batteries. It’s important to note that this fee is applied per customer, not per hearing aid. You’ll only be charged once, even if you decide to try multiple hearing aids.
